All domestic  U.S. orders receive FREE SHIPPING via FedEx Ground!!
Average shipping time is 5-7 days.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are also shipped FedEx at a rate of $10.00.

Orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped FedEx  at a rate of $12.00.

All other zones at FedEx at a rate of $15.00. 


Please remember that each piece is hand made.  Sometimes I may be out of stock of certain items.  If that is the case I will notify you by email upon ordering.  However, most items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.



RETURNS- I am completely commited to your satisfaction with my designs.  Therefore, if  you are not satisfied with your Tulaa Jewelry purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 10 days of receiving it.  All returns must be in original condition, original packaging and free of any damage.



REPAIRS- I do offer repair services for a nominal fee, based on the repair.  I stand by my work, and am confident it will withstand normal wear.  My daughter, my friends  and I wear it everyday, and we are all pretty active, busy people!
