SHIPPING-  All orders from within the U.S. receive free shipping!  All orders are shippied USPS Priority Mail.  This guarantees that shipments should be received within 2-3 days of shipping date.  For International shipping, standard rates apply and take 5-14 days.

Please remember that each piece is hand made.  Sometimes I may be out of stock of certain items.  If that is the case I will notify you by email upon ordering.  However, most items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.



RETURNS- I am completely commited to your satisfaction with my designs.  Therefore, if  you are not satisfied with your Tulaa Jewelry purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 10 days from when you receive it.  All returns must be free of any damage.



REPAIRS- I do offer repair services for a nominal fee, based on the repair.  I stand by my work, and am confident it will withstand normal wear.  My daughter, my friends  and I wear it everyday, and we are all pretty active, busy people!
